I don't know if it's all the locations or just this one, I make deposits once a month and every time I go here to make a ATM cash deposit, the ATM is not working. Every single F'n time, it's gotten to the point that I'm going to close my account, it is f'n ridiculous that the ATM is out of order or doesn't take deposits. F this place and F this bank in general.
My experience with U.S Bank has been terrible from the begging. When I first opened my business account with U.S Bank in the begging they mislead me with Elavon and I had huge problems and finally after several trips back and fourth to the bank and numerous calls I got it all straighten out and got Elavon, canceled. then about a year later I was looking for help to grow my business and I was told that they could help me do that and was contacted by their business guy Ricky Lopez and we had a meeting and he said that that they could help me with a line of business credit if I did a few things like change from LLC to Incorporated which I did and had to jump through all kinds of hoops to make that happen. After doing this Ricky, opened another checking account and send me a new card which I thought was the line of credit but was told that it is another atm card. I would call and leave messages with Ricky and email and would be told that he would get back to me with no calls or return emails or texts messages and find it very un professional. I was mislead and feel like I was lied to and I am still dealing with issues that I can't get help from Ricky, or Julius to get resolved. I finally went to to the bank to talk to Julius about it and he just seem to care about me being a very unhappy customer and was very un helpful. I told him if I new of a better business bank that I would leave to that bank and he didn't seem to care at all.
Things were good there up until I made a small error which was exacerbated by the teller. They closed my account and kind of treated my like a criminal with no help whatsoever. No support at all. Not good for customer service. It's ok, moved on to Bank of America and they've been great.
