When Troutwine let me know they could come out the following day, even though it was a Saturday, I was delighted since I had been told by another company that a week was the best they could do. The plumber came out a couple of hours later than promised, but he called and updated us which really helped. Our toilet was not only overflowing, but also leaking from the base whenever the toilet was flushed, and then black water would geyser from the tub as well. The work was done in a timely manner, and it continues to function as it should. Troutwine was recommended to me by my dentist, and I would recommend them to anyone who needed plumbing work done.
