Super pleased with windows installed by The Window Factory. They did a great job and actually saved me $. There was patched wood frames around old windows that my son in law had to remove. After new windows installed there is no need to replace that wood frame.
Amy is very thorough explaining, showing window samples and answering questions. Haley kept in constant touch with me when there was an unexpected delay in installing windows. We had our window replaced yesterday, and we are very pleased with The Window Factory's product and service. Hayley was the representative that communicated with us from the ordering through installation. Hayley treated us wonderfully, as if we were VIP. The window installers were ideal as well. They removed the old window, installed the new one, and cleaned up afterward in a timely fashion. We highly recommend The Window Factory for your window replacement needs. Jon & Lynn
