I've been going here for awhile and over the years have had many issues but this most recent one was really bad. I saw my doctor cause I was having back issues so they took a X-ray and found bone spurs no surprise cause I have them in both my shoulders. What upset me is I had the doctor put in a referral for an open MRI since I'm very claustrophobic still in a lot of pain and I like to know what is going on with my back and my sides. So she put request in July 11 to Referal Dept. Been going to this clinic for some time now since the old location. My doctor, Sportelli has been w/ SV for as long as I can remember. She always seems to be patient & caring. Most of all she listens. I couldn't recommend her enough. Had & X-ray & some labs. Don't know any of the lab technicians but was astonished to see the same X-Ray Tech here. He was always nice & courtesy. He helped me w/ allot of questions & even wished me good luck on my surgery . Glad to see the customer service hasn't changed. The only thing that has changed is that the office is way bigger w/ an urgent care adjacent to it.
Been going to this clinic w/ my mom for some time. She sees Dr. Meshriky. Great physician, he really stays on top of you to make sure you take care of yourself. He's trained specifically in ortho related injuries. She hurt her knee. It's been a mess since she's older. Took her for an x-ray. He was surprisingly fast & answered all the questions we had from next steps to where we can see the report. Even suggested to bring my car to the urgent care side so it would be easier for me & mom.
