My AC was leaking water onto my roof so I had Service Heros come out. Justin was great he stepped through the problems with my AC. Basically, my AC was on the verge of death. I decided it was time to replace it. Justin and his team (Joe and John) were wonderful, they were professional and got the job done. At each step Justin gave me a run down of the items being completed and if I had any questions or concerns he would address them. Also I have to say the customer service is top notch, very responsive. That in my book seals the deal, when a company is that responsive you know they will take care of you.
Justin, John, Joe, and the rest of the team at Service Heroes did fantastic work for my family. They were very professional, prompt, and worked to get my house cool again right during the hottest part of the year. Would definitely use again, thanks Service Heroes!
We had an issue with our air conditioning unit. James was our technician and was so professional and kind. Tested our unit and found the issue quickly. What a remarkable company and tech support. Cant recommend them enough. Its hard to find good companys and people nowadays. So glad we found James and Service Hero!!
