Ken reached back out to me promptly. After a few minutes on the phone and after a getting information on my foundation concerns, he was able to conclude that it was likely not a foundational problem, but a leak causing moisture, swelling and subsequent shift in the structure of the home. Turns out he was right. After some investigation, the piping running near the water heater had a significant leak. Few people left like him. I appreciate your assistance Ken.

I reached out to Ken today for advice about perceived foundation issues for our new home. He took time out of his schedule to review some documents for me and to let me know what I would need (not immediate help and thousands of dollars of work like I feared). We were fearing the worst and were afraid of being taken advantaged of when we started having foundation problems. I am happy to report that RJG construction made us feel comfortable and able to make an informed decision. I feel that their opinions were very honest. In the end we decided on their recommendation to do prevention work, which is a a lot cheaper. They wont rip you off.
