I have been using R-Team for years, always in a time of panic issues with my business computer. Every time I receive Immediate attention, and the issues resolved quickly, and I am up and running again! Along with the great service, I am always educated too!
Very nice and accommodating! I was missing a screw that I needed to install a piece of hardware in my computer. I gave decided to give them a call and they had one for me! Went and picked it up AND they didn't even charge me. Saved me the hassle of waiting a few days for the screw to come in online. Great people.
These guys are very knowledgeable. They built a business server for us and it lasted a lot of years. I was building a business machine from the remains of a non operational machine. I hadn't done that in decades so my knowledge was out of date. Even though it isn't there specialty they helped me by diagnosing a bunch of problems and giving me good advice. I was able to salvage most of the old PC and turn it into a nice gaming PC.
