During HVAC system maintenance, David D. arrived at the scheduled time, explained the process, and answered all questions. Upon completion, he went over his findings and recommendations. Will, the plumber, was prompt and worked efficiently while keeping the work area clean. He was knowledgeable and professional in his service of drain cleaning. Felipe and Jesse, senior and trainee technicians, respectively, were dispatched to fix a reoccurring leak in an A/C unit that NexGen installed 4 years ago. Unlike previous technicians, Felipe assessed the situation by going into the attic and identified the issue. He and Jesse spent a significant amount of time sealing the unit and securing it to the platform, ensuring that it was 100% sealed. They also performed a summer maintenance check on the unit.
