I booked a salon appointment with Vanessa and 30 minutes in the place next door caught fire ? (you can't make this stuff up!). We got evacuated, and Vanessa stayed calm and in total control. She suggested she pack up her stuff and come to my house to continue!All that drama behind us, Vanessa was understanding and kind about my total lack of knowledge (what even is concealer??), my lack of reference for what I wanted, and explained every step to me along the way.She has such a gentle touch I didn't have a single moment of discomfort or pain. I got dozens of compliments on my make up and hair and I've never felt so pretty in my life!I can't say enough good things about my experience with her! “I've never really been to a salon, always gone to super cuts or something like that,first time and it was amazing. Made my appointment for the wrong day, they took me in anyways. This is a family run business, mum, daughter and son. I got a cut and colour before my wedding. The family is super nice and made me feel like I had been going there for years. I've never had conversation flow with someone doing my hair before, the son and I had plenty to talk about! I would highly recommend this place for even a quick cut! They did an excellent job on my hair! Not rough at all, I didnt feel pain from a brush or anything, very gentle.“
