A.B. from Hydrex arrived early, but phoned ahead of time to let me know he was coming. He thoroughly inspected the attic, searching for signs of a possible rat infestation. After finding no evidence, he informed me that there was no charge for anything! I provided a nice tip for his efforts. Very professional, courteous, and friendly. I highly recommend Hydrex Pest Control!

Tarry came out the same day I called and did a thorough inspection for which there was no charge. He explained the problem clearly and took care of it promptly. I am very pleased and plan to use Tarry and Hydrex again whenever I have the need.

Wow, these guys were great! I requested a quote and they responded about 20 minutes later via yelp message and provided a 2 hour window for the inspector to arrive to my home the very next day. The inspector, Tarry was very professional and conducted a thorough inspection. He was also very friendly too. They collected the fee by credit card after the inspection was completed and promised to email me the report the next morning. The next day after the inspection was completed, they provided the wood destroying organisms inspection report I needed for my escrow via email. Their team provides first class service to their customers. If you ever need an pest inspection or wood destroying organism report, please give these guys a call. I liked how efficient and professional they were. They don't mess around. I definitely recommend giving these guys a try if you need any pest control inspections for escrow! Their office manager Connie will set you up and take care of rest. At the end of the day, my house received a clean bill of health. That made the experience even better!
