The Dr. and staff were friendly but I wanted help with the pain in both my hands. Instead I got referred to hand specialist who can't see me until Aug. 9. Guess I have to deal with the pain until then?
I love Facey Dr they are very nice the simi office staff always very helpful. Dr Downs is one of the most down to earth doctor that doesn’t have a “God complex” he cares for of his patients they are people to him and not just a # on a digital file. He has always taken care of me despite all the challenges I bring . Never tries to dismiss what I am telling and actually listens. I wish more Doctors were like him ..I will always say Dr Downs save my life more than once ..Dr Prisco (mission hills) dr Cardenas and the new Dr Kwon (porter ranch) are the dream team . Annual check up performed by Dr Donald Downs, who has been my primary care doctor for over 10 years. He is the best! He is the main reason I have been with Facey for all these years. I have u til the end of the this year to talk him out of retirement. We shal see.
