5/5 for my results and my doctor. Four to be honest I’m being nice - I’d rate it 2-3 for office and setting up (consultation, prep and post op).So I went here because a family member suggested it. If it were not for Dr Asha Balakrishnan’s (Dr. Bala) credentials, I would have not used this place or any of the locations except Camarillo. Camarillo the staff seemed happy and more knowledgeable!It seemed like the calls and anything I was trying to address was outsourced or agents were working remotely. Had my lasik done April 9th, and I would 10/10 refer all my friends and family. I can see 20/20 which is an amazing feeling. The staff, especially Diana Andre made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. Her bedside manner is a 10/10 which is very refreshing to experience nowadays.
