This was my first visit to Dr. Rubenstein's office. The office atmosphere was wonderful from beginning to end. Checking in and out was made easy by the efficient woman at the desk, and the nurse who directed me to the examining room was just as helpful and friendly. Since I was a bit nervous, their kindnesses made me relax before meeting the doctor. No worries! Dr. Rubenstein was knowledgeable and put you at ease immediately. This was a great office visit! Highly recommend!
Very friendly and welcoming staff; I enjoyed everyone I spoke too. My five stars is for Karen and staff. I will say I was a little frustrated that I was told to be there thirty minutes early when I didn’t need to be. There was nothing I needed to fill out or do (maybe because I filled out the paperwork online? But if that was it, it would’ve been nice to be updated to not come in so early). I was taken back pretty quickly and was excited for that, however they put on numbing cream which was supposed to be on for 20 mins and I was left waiting for about 40. I thought I was forgotten; would’ve been nice to have periodic check in to know I wasn’t. Got to finally... read full review
Office staff was friendly and Karen did my injection and she never disappoints. There was no waiting started on time. I definitely recommend the Simi Valley location. Thank you everyone great job start to finish.
