Best customer service, and high quality mugs. I have been searching for custom mugs to use in our restaurant, but was told by numerous companies that they don't recommend custom mugs for commercial use. Luckily, I found Brightwise and requested a quote. Jeff contacted me shortly after and helped me find the perfect mug, shipped them expedited, and we couldn't be happier with the end result! Thank you Jeff, you have a lifetime customer here for sure.

I searched everywhere for the perfect solution for the customized red diner-style mugs I was looking for to go along with a client’s book release. There are a lot of companies out there offering options, but nothing felt like the right solution. Then I came across Brightwise and I’m SO glad I did. Jeff was absolutely fantastic answering all my questions (I had many!) and helping me through each step of the process.
