Ken came to my house this morning to fix a leaking bathtub stem. I thought I would have to replace the whole thing. Luckily Ken worked his plumbing skills and solved my problem quickly. He was so nice too and explained what he did.
There is another local plumber that we price match services with and Barcena has been cheaper the three times we’ve needed help with a plumbing issue. They’re honest, professional and are available.
Normally I feel stressed anytime I have repairs needed in my home because I think I will be ripped off or mistreated, but not with Barcena. Thank you for making the experience less stressful.

We had a slab leak, which Barcena was able to suggest based on their visit. They also helped me find a leak detection company to confirm. This all happened on Wed/Thurs and by Monday it was fixed, including a spontaneous quick fix of a little piece on one of our toilets. We've had toilets fixed/replaced and shower fixtures replaced in the past. This is our fourth or fifth service by Barcena and we are always relieved because they are quick, reliable, and know what they are doing; the people who come over are always friendly and kind, too. I am grateful I know who to call when we need help.
