I wouldn't wish the nightmare I endured on my worst enemy. This construction company is the epitome of unprofessionalism and unreliability. From start to finish, they managed to turn what should have been a simple project into a never-ending saga of frustration and disappointment. Firstly, their team's rudeness knows no bounds. They consistently treated me with contempt and disrespect, as if my project was beneath them. Communication was practically non-existent, and when they did bother to respond, it was with dismissive and condescending attitudes. Getting ahold of them was like trying to win the lottery - impossible. Countless calls and emails went unanswered, leaving me in the dark about the progress (or lack thereof) on my project. It seemed like they had better things to do than fulfill their obligations to their paying customers. But perhaps the most egregious offense was their utter lack of reliability. Deadlines were mere suggestions to them, as they continually missed every single one without apology or explanation. They would promise to show up on a certain day and then vanish into thin air, leaving me scrambling to pick up the pieces. Save yourself the headache and heartache - steer clear of this construction company at all costs. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

A driver of a Bancroft truck was driving recklessly this afternoon, passing me going over 65 on the median of Tierra Rejada (which is illegal), heading into Simi. Then he was dangerously weaving in and out of cars cutting them off. If a Bancroft employee does not care about endangering himself or others, why should he care about doing quality construction work. He will only care about getting the job done as fast as possible so he can get home. Do not trust this company.
