I've got to say! ...best facial service I've ever experienced was with my amazing esthetician Kristina Jimenez over at Arlene's skin care. I highly recommended her for all your facial needs. I admire her passion, professionalism & love for her work. It's hard to find a good esthetician now a days, she's def. someone I will continue to see for all my skin care routines.

Massage/Masseuse: Don't be afraid to let the masseuse know if you want soft, medium or hard. You could request for them to put 'tiger balm' on those sore muscle or to step on you or not. Note: They do stretch you towards the end of your session, so if you're one of those who doesn't like being stretch... just let them know to take it easy or no stretching for you. =) If you find a good one, stick with her. You can always request for the same person all the time. It's nice to to have a regular masseuse that know's exactly how you wanna be treated.

FYI - because there are no walls in between [separated by only dark sheets... don't worry the other person can't see you], you do get those noisy/annoying neighbors from time to time... people who leave their cell phones on, talk/flirt to the masseuese loud while getting a massage]. For couples, you can request a separate room. So far, we've only experienced those a couple of times in years that we've been going there.
