These guys hire shadey subcontractors to work for them and are irresponsible on making things right! One of their subcontractors Alberto Solorzano and his crew damaged all 4 of my vehicles with overspray from a building managed by Vitco Properties. He tried to not give his name or information, than tried to clean my cars with acetone. Alberto believes he can ignore phone calls and give a claim number, than not bother to contact his own insurance so it can drop a claim. These guys are complete fraud and conmen. RUN from them, unless you want shadey people to work on your property.

My condo had a major issue with Swallows building nests near the roof, and it was all over our neighborhood. Our management team had Streamline come and remove them and paint the wood. We're very happy with the work, it looks great!

From start to finish these guys did a great job on our HOA's wood replacement project. Crew wasn't sloppy like some other contractors we've had come through here, definitely want to use them again!
