Great company to work with. They were prompt to provide in-home estimate. The estimate was reasonable compared to other local companies. Their estimator was very knowledgeable and walked us through each steps which would happen during restoration. On the day of the job, the crew came on time and set up the containment area very well. They left the dehumidifier and negative pressure machine to run 24 hours to dry the area. We noticed issue with the dehumidifier machine the next day. I contacted saved the day and they had a technician out to replace that machine promptly. Save the day did a remediation in the crawl space of my home. They placed desiccant, turned the soil, cleaned & dried the whole space, bringing the subfloor to industry moisture standards. Everyone was very communicative, professional, kind & courteous during the project. They set everything up, explained how things worked & were generally just nice people to work with. Honest, professional, competent My husband made an appt for removal of mold under the kitchen sink in our rental. We had heard that bleach was NOT the remedy for mold. Our plumber fixed the tiny leak before Save The Day Restoration arrived. Jose Dominguez (project manager, emergency services) came out to do the work but said the job was too small for them, and we could order a spray that would quickly clear up the problem. No charge for the visit. We got the spray, put a fan in the area to dry it out and we are good to go. The integrity of Save the Day, not trying to upsell or overcharge was refreshing. you can feel confident you will be treated right by these guys.
