The handle of the bathtub broke. The lady that came, reported to FAHS that it was not normal wear and tear (which of course it was), and the claim was denied by the insurance. However, she agreed to call and bring Joe, her supervisor. They came two hours later, and to help me Joe fixed it without charging anything for labor (4 hours!!). This shows integrity.

Referred by AHS, and was skeptical based on reviews. They were friendly and fast. Replaced a mixer valve in the shower. I had to offset all these negative reviews with my experience.

We had a bathroom with a clogged pipe and they were able to fix it very quickly. Then the next week we had a problem with the plumbing associated with our washing machine. The sent a woman out both times and she did a good job of fixing the problem and was very pleasant to deal with.
