I can't count the time that David spent with me on the phone. I live far but was having a hard time finding a place that has a selection of samples for vinyl flooring. When I called, Carreras, they sympathized with me and spent time trying to understand what I was looking for. Since it's a long drive for me, David has the manufacture send me samples to my house . He didn't charge as long as he wasn't being charged .
His knowledge, honesty and patience is so much appreciated.

“We called Eshed after seeing his many five star reviews. The granite strip at the edge of our kitchen sink had cracked and lifted. We thought the repair would be extensive and expensive. Eshed immediately came out and repaired the granite so that the crack is completely invisible. Old world craftsman skills at a reasonable cost. While he was here he and his crew re-grouted all our sinks and the bathtub... then re-sealed my kitchen granite counters. They look brand new. Excellent work. “We went to see Bert who was honest and we could tell he just wanted help us find the carpet that was best for us. he explained the reasons to get thinner or thicker carpets. The one we chose was stain and fade resistant. 10 year guarantee to boot. I love that he didn't try and up sell us. I don't like salesman type and Bert wasn't. “we used this team for refinishing our hardwood floors - we are extremely happy with the work they did. our floors were not in good shape -- they were pretty terrible actually haha - but Diego gave us great advise on staining and he and (i think it's his son?) did a fantastic job with patching and bringing the floors back to life! we couldn't be happier! i would highly recommend them:) oh and when we reached out they came same day & on time for initial consult. excellent communication, even when I would think of something at night or started panicking about the stain LOL they are great!“

“My old apartment needed a new floor urgently as part of the remodeling I was doing. So I call to some companies that had worked with my family in the past to see what can they offer. To be honest, I was expecting something better from them, maybe more samples or maybe a discount, but most important: they didn't seem to take a lot about my request. I guess that because it wasn't too expensive. Fortunately, after digging a little more I found Affordable Flooring and they were great. First, the phone. They took a little to answer but their customer service was perfect. They were very attentive. Then I went to their store and the it was a warm atmosphere: everyone showed interest in my case and ready to help. Not to mention that they have a huge and better variety of samples, all of them affordable. Then, the installation. Faster than expected, they guys very respectful and their job just great. “I had about 1100 SF of carpet that I wanted to tear out and was looking for a company that could stain and refinish the white oak parquet floors that were underneath the carpet. I requested an initial quote through Yelp and Bino's team was able to follow up with an in-person walkthrough to confirm the condition and square footage. I received a quote of about $6,600 for labor and materials, which took into account the condition of the flooring underneath. It took about 2 weeks between when I paid my deposit and when the work was able to start. Carpet tear-out took about a day. It took about a week (weekends included) to sand the floors, stain, and apply 3 coats of oil-based PU. Alejandro did the bulk of the refinishing and was a pro at his job. He did a great job patching parts of the floors that were damaged and with refinishing everything.Two months have passed since the job was completed and the floors still look amazing. I would highly recommend Bino's Flooring to anyone looking to get their floors refinished.“
