I can't count the time that David spent with me on the phone. I live far but was having a hard time finding a place that has a selection of samples for vinyl flooring. When I called, Carreras, they sympathized with me and spent time trying to understand what I was looking for. Since it's a long drive for me, David has the manufacture send me samples to my house . He didn't charge as long as he wasn't being charged .
His knowledge, honesty and patience is so much appreciated.

“We called Eshed after seeing his many five star reviews. The granite strip at the edge of our kitchen sink had cracked and lifted. We thought the repair would be extensive and expensive. Eshed immediately came out and repaired the granite so that the crack is completely invisible. Old world craftsman skills at a reasonable cost. While he was here he and his crew re-grouted all our sinks and the bathtub... then re-sealed my kitchen granite counters. They look brand new. Excellent work. “After removing the carpeting that had been in place for approximately 24 years, the original hardwood floors in my 1923 California bungalow (living room, dining room and hallway) looked beyond repair. “We went to see Bert who was honest and we could tell he just wanted help us find the carpet that was best for us. he explained the reasons to get thinner or thicker carpets. The one we chose was stain and fade resistant. 10 year guarantee to boot. I love that he didn't try and up sell us. I don't like salesman type and Bert wasn't. I could tell he really cares.The installers we're amazing Too. They were on time all 3 days and were very careful with moving the furniture. “we used this team for refinishing our hardwood floors - we are extremely happy with the work they did. our floors were not in good shape -- they were pretty terrible actually haha - but Diego gave us great advise on staining and he and (i think it's his son?) did a fantastic job with patching and bringing the floors back to life! we couldn't be happier! i would highly recommend them:) oh and when we reached out they came same day & on time for initial consult. excellent communication, even when I would think of something at night or started panicking about the stain LOL they are great!“

“I hired Stanley and Andrew from Family Carpet AKA SKT America, through a referral from a mutual friend. He did some major work on our home. Knocked down walls, demo-ed fireplaces, recessed lights, replaced all doors, paint throughout, complete bathroom remodels, kitchen counter, sink, chandelier installation, semi-custom designed wet bar, and probably a hundred questions, emails, texts, and change orders. We had a few heated moments but he handled it all like the pro he is. I also would like to strongly recommend you speak with Andrew. He is an impressive young man who handles very stressful and highly demanding customers with poise and reason. Sincerely impressed with Andrew. For his age, he is quite mature and thoughtful. He gave some great suggestions and solutions to problems that made a whole lot of sense. We are 90% done with our project and they only have a few final touches left. The way they continue to communicate and follow through is spectacular. They won't drop you for the next higher paying gig before they finish your job. Believe me I know they have other jobs that are 2-3x more valuable than mine but they treated me very well. My wife and family could not be happier. I'm a fairly picky guy and so is my wife. Very detailed. They gave us a VERY fair price for the work that was required and especially considering the amount of attention that we needed. Strongly recommend these guys as highly ethical, genuinely caring of their customer needs, and as seasoned veterans. I hired them to do our home and someone else to do our condo. Believe me, at this time, I regret giving the condo job to the other contractor. PS - they have been in business a long time...decades but the reason you don't see more reviews is they get most of their work word-of-mouth.“
