I've been training with Jolin for 7 months now. I came to him with the goal of getting my weight back up and putting muscle back on. Though we initially focused on strength and power, I have gotten so much more from him and our training. He implemented plyometrics, mobility, sprints--to name a few-- to help me become an overall better athlete on top of my original goal. His vast knowledge, professional experience, and unique variety of equipment and exercises has expanded my own knowledge and definition of training. I have been training with Jolin for over 13 years. Seeing him grow as a professional has been an absolute joy. He has trained me before, during, and after pregnancies and I am in better shape now at 47 years old than I ever was in my 20s. Jolin is knowledgeable, educated, and an excellent motivator. He pushes me beyond what I realize I am capable of and he is always right. I have recommended Jolin to several friends over the years and all agree he is the real deal.
After a year hiatus from working out, I sought out to find a personal trainer to help me get reacclimated into exercising once again. I needed someone that was a good fit for me as far as coaching, level of expertise, and a personality that was easy to work with.
