I live in a downtown Long Beach highrise and my kitchen sink was backed up. After trying a safe liquid drain plumber, hot water, and a plunger I was ready for professional help. Advance Mechanical gave me an appointment for two days later but, because I could wait they gave me $50 off the $299 fee. Gus came, calling about 15 minutes before the two hour slot. He was organized and talked about what he was doing. In about 40 minutes the drain had been snaked.
David is an excellent plumber with a ken for solutions.Moreover, if you want more performance from your 60s muscle car, talk to him about the tole of camshafts.He is very smart, personable, and worth the cost of one who gets the job done right.
Frank showed up right on time, and I explained what had to be done. He worked up an estimate on his iPad and explained the price up front. He went right to work and finished the job in about 30 minutes? After he finished, he told me that he had given me a discount. Nice!! Was it $50? I appreciated that. Then I paid and he left. This had been an ongoing problem so I am glad to finally have it fixed!! These guys are great! highly recommend them... :)
