Wow! I LOVE this place. I was terrified of needles but Dr. Bento and Mo made me feel at ease. From the moment I called to make an appointment, Mo assured me on the phone that the needles aren't that bad and it's a relaxing experience. I look forward to my bi-weekly appointments. Mo is so kind and caring. I always feel so welcome when going to my appointments. Dr. Bento listens to all my concerns and helps with recommendations or nutrition. The Chinese herbs have also helped me.
I'm so very thankful for Mo and Dr. Sarah! Dr Sarah treated me for frozen shoulder, tennis elbow and bladder inflammation. Yes- she's a super hero. I now have full range of motion and am pain free in my shoulder. My tennis elbow has improved significantly and continues to improve. My bladder pain and inflammation is an ongoing problem of mine. She was able to curb the pain with acupuncture and completely heal the inflammation with herbs. She is very gifted and has a very compassionate heart. Mo is the office manager and scheduler. Taproot is a magical place that I look forward to visiting bi-weekly. Everyone is so friendly and empathetic. My treatment by Marc Ryan for the past 5 months has been life changing. Not only do I get to enjoy the meditation during treatment in a clean, serene room, but I also get to learn about all things wellness while I'm there. Marc is knowledgeable about many different things and always has an insightful answer to my questions and easy suggestions about wellness. I started treatment to achieve hormone balance and for improved digestion, but Marc has also done acupuncture treatment for anxiety and depression after I experienced some unbalanced and emotional months.... read full review
