On Monday, May 4th, Gerry was able to put up a price and have a crew out to us by Tuesday morning. The next day, Gerry returned to put the water tank back in place when the concrete had set, and he replaced all the fittings on my water tank because the previous business had used low-quality materials. “After initially being told that a new water heater was necessary by other similar businesses over the phone, New Image Plumbing was the only business who was able to send out the technicians to look over the issue. Pierre and Matthew arrived to look over the heater. The only issue was a pipe that was connected to the water heater that had a pinhole size leaking the water. My wife and I was so relieved! They immediately went out to get the parts and came back within the hour. They fixed the issue in good time. Pierre even took the time to make sure all our faucets and shower heads were was all working. Great value and affordable. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs!“

He was on time and assessed the work requested before going back to his van to gather the necessary tools.I asked if he could remove two stubborn existing bathroom door knobs while replacing them with new ones.
