This was my first time at Serendipity Nails. The gentleman who runs the business is funny and friendly and playful. Very welcoming. He makes you laugh! Truly an enjoyable guy.

Susan gave me my pedicure and was great! She was clean, calm, and tidy in her work. Not rushed or messy. Easy to understand her directions. Very gentle. A fantastic leg and foot massage— the best yet!

She did a wonderful job! And—she removed the old gels without soaking them in toxic chemicals. (So bad for you!) She just buffed them off!

I sat down right when I arrived! A very clean studio with pleasant decor. Bright and airy. No suffocating chemicals in the air!

Absolutely an enjoyable pedicure. Reasonable prices even! I will definitely return!

“I have an allergy to acrylic but I love the look. I wanted to try an alternative called gel builder that they advertised. When I got there, the woman who greeted me didn't quite understand what I was asking nor did she know what gel builder was and another employee had to step in. Ultimately he performed the task and I think he did a great job!“

“My friends and I give Town Center Nail Salon high scores on service, quality, and vibe. Salon is very clean. Employees are polite, kind, and extra helpful. Prices are fair and competitive. Best massage I have EVER had, and there's never a rush. 5 friends and I booked pedis together, and the manager called in extra staff in order to accommodate us, so that no one felt rushed and we could experience the special treatment together. Nina was especially helpful and friendly, making sure that everyone was given royal treatment!! Services are wide ranging and pedi chairs have cool leg rests that fold out to make it totally relaxing! I'll be returning soon to this great business!“

“Kaley is excellent at cutting my hair in a way that would best flatter my face and work for my hair texture, shape and lifestyle. I completely trust her to deliver amazing results. I usually tell her something vague such as "I want a natural easy care hairstyle", any questions after that, I literally tell her "whatever you think looks good." and I let her do her thing. She totally listens to what you want and even if you don't know she tries to help tease out what you're looking for. I never feel pressure from her and I ALWAYS get compliments! She sets my expectations on what she's be able to accomplish and gives me so many tips for how to take care of my hair post-dye.
The entire salon's culture feels so vibrant has a great energy. Her salon is very clean and kudos for her safety protocols in checking guests in and ensuring that equipment is wiped down between each use. She’s a great conversationalist, positive, engaging and really listens to what you're trying to do with your hair. Additionally she’s always timely, sends appointment reminders the day before and all around it’s a pleasurable and relaxing experience.“

They have not disappointed and I am happy With the expertise. Don’t skip this place pop in and have a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.“

“First time here. Good experience overall. Thought dip was $50 and my total was $55 so not sure about the extra $5. Victor was my nail tech. Took his time and cleaned up my cuticles which isn’t the norm when I get dip. We will see how long my nails last but they look good! Would go back.“

“I stopped by Luxury Nails while I was in the area to get my acrylics removed, expecting the usual rough removal I’ve experienced in the past. But to my surprise, the nail technician was incredibly gentle—she carefully drilled them down and had me alternate soaking each hand in acetone. Asked me how I wanted them shaped and kindly told me soaking them takes longer but leaves no damage. The whole process was so pleasant and painless! Everyone there was so kind, and I’m truly grateful for the care they took. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be returning!“
