The person who came to our house (Randy) was very professional and discussed all of the various options thoroughly with us and pointed out areas of concern with our old system which had been in the house since it was new in 1997. Pricing was very competitive and we scheduled the installation for the very next day. The team that did the installation (Mike and Leo) were very efficient and professional as well.
