“I visited Kathy for the first time a couple of days ago for a balayage color on dark hair and it was the best salon experience I’ve ever had. Kathy was so knowledgeable and gave great insight for how the color will look at various stages of growth and fading. She was so easy to talk to. I typically don’t enjoy going to salons because of the noise and busyness which makes me so anxious. Her place is so comfy and stress-free! “I have searched high & low for a new hairstylist & we found MACKENZIE! Coming from Sacramento 5+ years ago it was tough to ditch my hairdresser of 15+ years! The commute was wearing on me. And my youngest is 14 & loves to keep up with her hairstyles too - we desperately needed someone close to home. “I went to go get my hair dyed and highlighted. I brought a picture of what I wanted. The lady said she could do it and it turned out. Terrible, she did not do one seen I asked. I was so upset.
Because that's salon to me was a very good salon best. I thought in Placerville, I talked to the owner. The owner said she would call me, so my hair could get fixed correctly. And I never received a call, so so very disappointed in that salon.I will never go back“

As for the salon itself, it is beautiful, clean, bright, open and full of lots and lots of great products to bring home. I highly recommend Elements and all the stylists were so friendly.

“I have been going to Morgan Taylor Salon for years and have never been disappointed. Everyone is so friendly, lively and the atmosphere is professional, bright and relaxing. Dena is extremely talented and the other stylists are lucky to have her years of experience to tap into. I have been experimenting with extensions and Lindy and Kafie have done a great job helping me maintain my extensions for about a year. Dena tops it off by coloring my hair to match and blending it all to give me a very natural look. The results are beautiful and the hair feels natural. I highly recommend giving extensions a try.“
