We found El Dorado Tile & Flooring by accident. We were looking for the nursery and El Dorado Tile & Flooring is on the sale road. We did need tile for a bathroom remodel so it was a good accident. Melissa and Bree are so wonderful. Both are friendly and knowledgeable. We were a little overwhelmed by all the tile choices. They asked about our project and pointed us in the right direction. We will definitely be back if we need more tile for a different project.
Please go to this Tile & Flooring store. They are very very helpful, not pushy, and willing to spend the time with you to make the tough design decisions. We are remodeling our bathroom and found their customer service and attention to detail amazing. They also have tons of great samples in their shop, and will let you check out samples to bring home. I will be shopping here again for our next remodeling project!!
We had a great experience with this business after our contractor recommended them to us. We visited their store and received excellent customer service. Melissa was very knowledgeable and helpful. We took several samples home to decide what would work best for our master bathroom floor and shower. We chose a tile but due to shipping times we had to make another selection. While on vacation and unable to come in the store, Melissa was a huge help to us by texting us photos of tiles. She definitely goes above and beyond for her customers.
