I cannot express just how good the customer service is at this place. Our air conditioning broke over Fourth of July weekend and within twenty minutes of opening after I left a message during the holiday, I received a call back from Gabrielle and they sent out Jim that same day. The problem was diagnosed almost immediately and repair completed quickly. However the story doesn't end there! The initial repair led to the discovery of a secondary issue -- which was slightly delayed because we left on vacation during the first repair, so when we got back to a hot apartment they once again made us feel like we were top priority. Jim installed a mini-split system at our home and the entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. He was very patient and informative about explaining the system and what needed to be done. He kept the costs reasonable, and with a few design changes, even LOWERED the price he had quoted! It looks SO professionally installed and works beautifully. I've been using Jim since the 90s and don't even bother getting another bid because he's so fair and reasonable. It's so nice to deal with the owner instead of a big front office. This might be the easiest 5-star review I've ever written but I called comfort king on Saturday and they called me back on Monday morning AND sent Jim Silva over the same day to look at our broken AC system. Ok, we are in the middle of a brutal heat wave so I didn't expect a call back so fast let alone having someone available to come over so fast AND fix the AC, but that's exactly what happened. An hour and $230 later and the problem was diagnosed and repaired and my house is now pumping out the most amazing cold air I've ever experienced (ok the cooler section at Costco might be a bit cooler but still).
