Our tech, Krystal, is competent and savvy. She provided excellent communication and customer service. She was clear and direct, giving us sound recommendations and direction/consultation for treatment and structural remediation. We are happy we found 49er Pest Control and look forward to working with them in the future.

I am not someone to write reviews. My intentions are always there, but life gets busy. However, every now and then you run across a company that is so remarkable you make time to write a review. 49er Termite and Pest Control is exactly that company. We purchased a home in October of 2022. We had all the inspections performed including a pest inspection prior to the purchase. With the promise of the inspectors, more specifically the pest inspector, that the house was clear of pests, fungus, and dry rot we purchased our home.
