I came to Supercuts because I previously had a haircut and color done in Ulta. I was very dissatisfied with Ulta hair stylist bc they didn't cut not color my hair the way I showed them from a picture so I decided not to go back there and today I made an apt at Supercuts and Rosi who works at Supercuts placed an apt for me. I showed her a picture of the hair style and color I wanted and I was so impressed how friendly, professional and patient Rosi was. She even got me hot tea from next door. She took special time and she made sure I was satisfied with my new hairstyle. It came out better than I expected and I was truly happy. I truly appreciate Rosie's hard work and professionalism.
