I came once, there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell and called out "hello" yet nobody came to the front. I could here laughing in the back room the whole time. Decided to return another day and got an appointment. The nurses are very impatient and treated me with sass and attitude and the doctor took forever to show up. When the doctor finally showed up, she was very nice and respectful, but everyone else on staff seemed irritated to be dealing with customers/patients.

They don't return calls, they prescribed wrong eye drops and when you try to get hold of them, they take a message for the dr and never return your call, or address your problem. Have been waiting for over 2 months or so for them to get back to me, still no response.

The guy that works in the back look like he doesn't want to be here. Rude!!! He kept calling people into the back office but leave the patient here to wait for a long time. It's been a little over an hour and the doctor hasn't seen any of his patients yet. The first patient that was called before us is still waiting and she did mention it will be a long wait. Like what is taking the doctor so long to see their patient. If you're going to be late please plan your patient's appointment accordingly or at least let the patient know that the doctor is running. As I am writing this review finally the doctor decided to go to patient one. Sucks people have to deal with this service knowing they don't have much of a choice based on their insurance.
