“Honestly, the therapists at Fusion are pretty awesome. I've had sessions with Harold (only once for my first appointment), Cynthia and Bret so far and all 3 are friendly, patient and great people to talk to. They observe how you move, correct your posture if necessary, and will share a few tips for you to do some exercises at home, safely. Bonus with this location is they validate parking! My only complaint is there's barely anyone at reception. When I call them, most of the time, nobody picks up the phone. I've left a couple voicemails too in hopes that someone calls me back so I can schedule more appointments, but no luck. You just have to keep calling and hope someone picks up, or make sure to schedule your appointments ahead of time while you're there.“

(In other clinics, you only see a licensed PT at your intake assessment and then are left to your own devices. Or maybe they have you work with a trainee who has little or no experience, and can actually cause more harm.) So, after YEARS of debilitating back pain that had impacted my life and mobility, after seeing a number of orthopedic doctors, after getting a number of epidurals, after seeing other PTs, without getting any relief, I was lucky enough to find Bechtel. At my first appointment, my therapist said, "I can help you." And he did! In a matter of weeks my pain was alleviated and my mobility returned.
