I’m brand new to Jiu-Jitsu, and walking into a gym for the first time was pretty intimidating. But from day one at New Ground, the entire process felt smooth, inviting, and genuinely fun. Extremely good vibes, clean mats and had I known about it beforehand, would have used their showers (most gyms don't have 'em). If you're curious about BJJ or have been training already, definitely recommend to stop in. Good people.
I was nervous coming in with no prior experience but coach Mike and Andres were really welcoming. They walked me through the class curriculum with patience and clear instruction. Everyone in the gym is nice and willing to help with techniques. Love training here and urge anyone who's curious to train to come try a free class!!!
