Nadia is now located at 13419 Ventura Blvd., Sherman Oaks, we found out by going to the other address which is a salon she once worked at. Today was my first visit to Hair By Nadia after having been fully vaccinated. My hair has not been professionally cut for almost a year due to Covid. Nadia listens to your wishes and is easy to communicate with throughout the visit and I was very pleased and happy with the end result. I plan to use Nadia going forward since the salon I had been going to is no longer in business. Luckily, I happen to see a Groupon and decided to take a chance, and feel very fortunate to find someone I really like--style and service was on spot, and meeting someone that is very kind and considerate of you. Thank you Nadia!
I got an amazing haircut by Nadia ! I have long hair and just wanted a trim and long layers. She did exactly what I wanted then gave me an awesome blowout ! She's meticulous and definitely knows what she's doing. She's very nice and interesting to talk to too. I will be back. Thanks again Nadia !
I informed her that I was a Groupon customer since I know a lot of merchants dread Groupon customers. She texted that she had availability the following week and nothing more. I asked for a particular day. She eventually responds that she is booked that day. I asked for an afternoon spot. No response. Then I told her again I got the Groupon and if that was a problem to let me know. She said it was not a problem but had regular clients booked and needed to find me a spot. I told her since it was difficult to find a spot after she told me had availability then I would find another salon. If these people don't want Groupon customers then they need to not be on Groupon. I would put this review on that site but I have to use their service first.
