Johnny is a good guy. Came prepared with the parts he may need in case our motion lights weren't working anymore, so he was able to replace on the spot. He was easy to work with and knows his stuff. Fair price and straight shooter. Def recommended

Can't believe it's taken me so long to rave about Johnny/Mr. Goodvolt! In the middle of my remodel I was getting let down left & right. Contractors were so busy and charging outrageous prices for what wasn't even good work. My duplex needed a panel upgrade - a big upgrade. But the electricians I'd used in the past gave me an outrageous price, didn't seem to understand how to do the upgrade, and gave me zero guarantees on their work. After contacting Mr. Goodvolt, he called and left me a message that floored me. Johnny laid out his credentials as a master electrician of 50 years and said he would do my job - and get this - *guaranteed that not only would it pass inspection, but it would pass the first time*! I've never heard anything like it! Because he not only said it would pass the first time - there was not the slightest whiff of bullsh*t artist to be found in his voicemail. I played his message for all of my friends over the next couple of days - it was just *that* different!Johnny did the job, was here for the inspection and it *did* pass on the 1st try. He did all of his work the right way (oddly rare for electricians!). He worked with the goofy 90-year-old wiring of the building - wiring that's been subject to a great deal of jackassery between then and now. Johnny has a great personality and I loved every chance I got to talk to him - but mostly I loved that he left me alone! There's a lot of the remodeling I'm doing myself and am so tired of needy so-called-adult so-called-professionals.My job was as big & miserable a job as a building under 2,000 sq ft. building can provide. Here's hoping I didn't scare him off 'cause I don't ever want to use anyone but Mr. Goodvolt for my electrical needs.

Johnny is my go-to electrician. He is so knowledgeable--but beyond his skills, he also has inspiring talent in lighting design. He has incredible recommendations on placement and fixtures. He has done a lot of work on our house and recently came to install power outlets and landscape lighting--a game changer! Our house has been made more warm and beautiful and with the additions that he has installed. 1000% recommend!
