Just wanted to share the awesome experience we had with Matthew when we were searching for an apartment in Pasadena. He was so professional and really made the whole application process a breeze. But what really stood out was how he continued to be there for us even after we moved in. Any questions or issues we had, he was right there to help us out. Mr. Clark was very quick to respond and very flexible with meeting times for touring the property. I found the property on Zillow and within a week I moved in. He was on time when touring the property and answered all questions I had--overall very helpful and efficient in getting me my new place.
Matt is the most responsive property manager I've ever worked with. He responds immediately whether by email or texts to any questions you may have. He even cleaned out a storage unit that the previous tenants have left behind for us. He made sure our move in to our new home was smooth. I would definitely use him if you need a realtor or property manager.
