I wanted to share my recent experience with Vernon from Kilowatt, who came to perform the annual maintenance on my HVAC system. Vernon was highly professional and took the time to patiently answer all my questions.
It's reassuring to have a trustworthy company to rely on for HVAC services, especially as a senior. Additionally, it's wonderful to support a local business.
Got service from Killowatt today and it was amazing. Francis was my rep and he was polite, walked me through what he was going to do, found and fixed my problem in an hour! No upsell, talked to me about options and gave me great advice about what I could do to help maintain my system. It’s great when you find a good service person and company. Will 100% call them again.
