Amazing experience at K9 Loft today! Jenna was incredibly kind, professional, and went above and beyond to help us out. She clearly cares about both the pets and the people — we felt really supported. Grateful for the great team and how smoothly everything was handled!

Absolute best place. Have brought my dog Nuki countless times. Staff is always accommodating, nice and attentive. Priscilla is the main groomer for our pomeranian and she is the absolute best, goes above and beyond for her. Teeth cleaning, paw care, our dogs coat and cuts are always even better than expected. Price is great too.

A homeless man was following me and when I asked for them for help they we quick to invite me in. I was able to stay there until I felt safe and they even offered to walk me to where I needed to go. While I was there I was able to witness their great hospitality and the people and pups walking in were all happy. Simply put they are great. Thank you for helping me in that situation! ^^
