“After interviewing four general contractors (GCs) for my interior remodel of a 4-bedroom, 4-bath home, I chose Jonathan due to his architecture/design background, drafting skills, and extensive knowledge. Unlike other GCs who required me to work with separate architects and designers, Jonathan handled the design, drafting, and permits all in-house, which saved me a lot of time and streamlined the process. His estimated timeline for construction was also the shortest, while still offering a competitive price.

Throughout the construction, there were no delays. Jonathan adhered to the timeline and completed the project as promised. I never experienced long periods of inactivity, which is rare based on my past experiences with prior renovations. His communication was outstanding—he was always responsive and available via text and email, which made the process so much smoother.

Jonathan was also great at helping me research options and find solutions when I wanted to make changes during the project. His flexibility and problem-solving skills were invaluable.

Since the interior remodel, Jonathan has also helped us renovate our exterior, and we relied on him to redo the roof on another property. Additionally, we’ve referred him to a family member for their project. His expertise and the trust we have in him mean everything to us.

They do great work, have wonderful attention to detail, and I really felt like a partner throughout the process with Edan. “I can't say enough great things about Quality First Builders. This company deserves 100 Stars! After dealing with several other dishonest contractors, Eli and Donna were a breath of fresh air. Finally, I found someone I could trust. At first, I was skeptical because of prior bad experiences but Eli assured me that his team would be different. They have exceeded my expectations in every way. My project was a disaster from using unlicensed individuals that had no clue what they were doing. Eli told me he was willing to take on the challenge and make my home a beautiful new space. His crew is very professional, they pay attention to detail and they clean up after themselves daily. “RH Construction, under the direction of Dan Azran did a SUPERB job completing a major remodel of our family home. Dan is a consummate professional. He is fair, conscientious, talented, and motivated to create the perfect project. Planning was honest and efficient. During the build he scheduled his team so that there was always someone working to maximize his efforts to complete the project during the agreed upon window. Dan looked for opportunities to save us money and fought for us when the unexpected happened. Ultimately he completed the house on time and on budget, which is unheard of nowadays. “Their prices are reasonable. Kesly was super helpful! I didn’t see what I was looking for and she was able to show me a few good examples from my descriptions. I bought marble floor and zellige wall tile for a bathroom remodel. They were a lower price point than things I had seen at other stores. My finished bathroom looks great. “I can't tell you how wonderful Imperial 4 Cabinet is! I was referred by my cousin who practically had them do all her bathrooms, closets, kitchen, bar and these are just to name a few. “we began with a small project. I was impressed with how David integrated what we had rather than throwing out the old and ordering completely new things. On the first project (updating the living room) he had several good ideas that were reasonably priced and helped create a new look for the living room. We next moved onto the den. David picked wonderful fabrics for us to choose from. the craftsmen that he uses do great quality work. there was never a redo or mistake. Once of the things that most impressed us was the fact that, without taking any notes, he remembered every detail that we wanted help with.Finally we moved onto the master bedroom and bath. David presented several 'stories' of fabrics and looks that we could integrate into the bedroom. We selected one of the four options and are very happy with the result. Erika, head of his office staff if amazing. She organizes the timing of orders and installations. Any changes are immediately noted and confirmed. We knew the timing on every detail continually. On the day of installation of the bedroom David's staff arrived and placed the furniture, bedding, hung our art, etc. It was very exciting. “This review is LONG overdue, however, my recent experience with Shirry reminded me that I must post a review. In 2014, I had the pleasure of working with Shirry Dolgin of ASD Interiors, along with Bo Siton of A List Construction. My husband and I did a full remodeling of our kitchen, and a portion of our den. This included cabinets, appliances, flooring, lighting, painting, plumbing fixtures and window treatments. The design also included a wonderful desk area, with cabinets for the printer and tower. Shirry's design ideas were creative, and her color palette, beautiful. Bo's team was consistently on time and cleaned up the work area each day. Shirry was always available by phone, when we needed to reach her. They set up a microwave and refrigerator in our dining room and we stayed in our home during the remodel. As is always the case, there was a small hiccup with a support beam, but they got the right people out to determine the solution, and we were back on track. We love our kitchen! Fast forward five years, and our bedroom needed a refresh. Shirry was the only person we would consider. Shirry spent time with us for a consultation and understood our budget constraints and worked within them. Shirry created a simple, classic, and beautifully serene master bedroom. It was a minor refresh which included paint, carpeting, window treatments, bedding, lamps, placement of art, and accessorizing an existing wall unit. The contractors that she works with for the painting, carpeting, and window treatments were dependable and their work, excellent. The bottom line is we love our bedroom as much as our kitchen! We would use both Shirry of ASD Interiors and Bo Siton again. Take my advice, and you will not be disappointed.“
