I called Patrick up on a Sunday, and he was at my place in an hour. Patrick was very professional, careful and tidy, which was especially important for me. I appreciated how quickly he made it to my place, and the job he did. He brought along masks and gloves (with Covid-19 and all), and also towels to keep my floors as clean as possible. In total he was here for over 3 hours including set up and clean up, and I was happy with the work that he did. He especially did a great job on my stairs, and was very careful to check that he hadn't missed any spots. I know that Patrick also does handle cleaning upholstery (which I may look into down the line), and air duct cleaning.“

I called Pedro on a Thursday and left a message. He returned my call pretty quickly. I asked if he could come out to my house for the service the next day. He said he had a big job but that he could see if he could come before. Later that day he confirmed yes, he could come by the very next day!He was delayed from another job, but still showed up that morning and I was super appreciative.He was polite, dressed well for the work at hand and his work van had everything he needed. He just needed an outlet, which I was happy to supply. He got to work right away and did a great job! He even found an old earring & a ring of my friends in the pocket and gave it to me, which I believe shows how honest he is and gives respect to his customers because he knows he’ll get it back in return.He worked with me on the rate, especially since I care give my family and can only work part time. I tried to give him a tip to make up for the reasonable rate, but he refused.Pedro is great at his job and cared about doing a good job on the recliner.
