Our AC failed on a Saturday afternoon that was 107'F. AirPro was the only HVAC that responded despite others claiming to have open hours. Based on what I was able to tell him on the phone (buzzing sound but no house fan), he hoped it was only a capacitor that needed replacing rather than the whole fan. He was able to quickly diagnose, he had the capacitor on hand, and we were up and running in under 20 minutes. Afterwards he did a quick inspection of our AC unit and gave some tips for maintenance we could do ourselves -- in addition to reminding us to have a full inspection in the spring and fall to maintain the life of our Ruud system. I thought Mike had some friends helping with his reviews. However I stand corrected. I have never used Mike service nor had I ever met him. Our air went out at 5pm one evening after suffering an intolerable night. I called Mike at 6 am he returned my call at 6:40am. He agreed to come by at 9am THE SAME DAY. That's unheard of in Redding. Even my normal A/C company could not come out for a week. Mike showed up at 9 and had my A/C fixed in 1 hour at what i feel was a is reasonable price. Mike could have gouged me but I feel he treated me more than fair. From now on I will use mike not only in my house but in my rental. Thank you Mike
