Unite Health Care should have a better system!
Worst place ever. They cancel appointments without letting patients know. I MISSED work multiple times to take my mother and when we get there they said we cancel your appointment and we left you a vm. They need to change the person that schedule appointments they don't care about patients. Unbelievable took them 1 year and 6 months for dentures. They are just unprofesional
It’s takes way too long to get an appointment, I usually give up from sitting on hold for so long, even with the new text line they have it still took so long I gave up, & then they text me back & said “sorry for the delay are you still there?” That was an hour & 20 mins later! Please hire more help for appts…..
