Not only is the owner David a very good friend but he is a great skilled barber. I have been getting my haircut there for years and he always does a great job. His shop is always neat and clean.
I've been to many barber shops but I always go back to Joe's fact is these days few shops take pride in what they do I believe Frank sees it as a art and not a job of Burden with that being said whenever I need to look my best I make sure I stop by Joe's Barber shop
