The person answering the phone is pretty nice. The ordering process was easy. The pickup process was easy. Our grass mostly looks beautiful, but we installed it at a very hot time of year so the top of our pallet of sod dried out by the time we got home. The dry pieces completely died but the company is being kind enough to replace the dead pieces. We will be return customers

Lucy in the office was very helpful. When we arrived to pick up our order of sod we were greeted by a man before we entered the office. Our pallet was loaded quickly and we were on our way home in less than 10 minutes! Our new sod was moist, green, and looks beautiful in place!
