I was a patient of Dr. Senn’s for almost a decade and very much appreciated all of the excellent dental work that he did for me over the years. His staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and I always looked forward to my appointments for teeth cleaning and repairs. This all ended with the reorganization of his office in 2019 and the arrival of the woman billed as the office manager, Lisa. I have never encountered such a rude and disrespectful person who was supposedly occupying a position that was supposed to be helpful and accommodating to patients. I've been a patient of Dr. Senn ever since he moved his practice to Sebastopol. Very lovely man and a good dentist. But for some reason I've been trying to get an appointment for a while and nobody calls me back. I guess I have to go elsewhere.
I've have been patient at this practice for about 21 years until today.I used to say that Dr. Senn was the best dentist in the world--but things change and sometimes people become pillars of salt, or some other metaphor of oblivion, and then stonewalls.I do not recommend this office.They are hard sell with a closer--they deny patient autonomy for profits. The patient does not get to decide.The doctor refuses to discuss your treatment plan and hands it off to the "office manager" closer, and you better check the right "treatment plan".If you refuse to be controlled they stop answering the phone.Crowns $2250Glue it back on $300 (but we don't... read full review
