SUCCESS! I'm a 20 year owner of a 65 year old 1958 Eichler home in Marin and just had the first leak in the original radiant heat flooring - FIXED TODAY thanks to top notch diagnostics and expert owner and team of Warm Zone! I've known owner Joe for close to a decade - there's NO ONE that knows radiant systems more than him - he and his experienced crew are outstanding experts in the field! Team did spot on diagnostics with state of the art Thermal Imaging Camera to locate pipes and leak buried in cement and then carefully jackhammered up the cement where the pipe system is embedded to find the leaking pipe, brazed it - fixed! And several years ago they replaced the original 1958 unsafe boiler with new high efficiency system. If you are inquiring re old or new system, repair or new installation - they are the experts to call! Joe is hands on owner and will advise you. Highly recommended! I've been a general contractor for nearly 30 years and probably more picky than most homeowners. Joe and his crews did an incredible installation and normal maintenance for me. Always on time, clean, explained what they did and why and were fair on costs. You could not go wrong hiring them for installation, maintenance, or repair.

Joe and Don installed our radiant heat system 4 yrs ago. And we've only had one minor issue, the drip from the outside overflow pipe looked like a little too much water. Joe happened to be in my neighborhood and showed up about an hour after my initial phone call. He made a minor tweak which slowed the drip. Then he easily could have recommended an expensive addition to our system which would have stopped the drip entirely, but instead explained to me that it was an option, but not one he'd recommend, since the drip is outside and not hurting anything.After trying to schedule with another radiant heating company closer to our home who informed me that they didn't approve...read full review
