We’ve done 2 projects with Thrive and have been very happy with both the process and the outcomes. They offer excellent design expertise and have been able to incorporate that with practical knowledge and budgetary considerations to achieve our remodeling goals. Working with them dynamically in this way has led to a better end products than had we come up with a design and brought it to a different builder to execute. We are happily back into our 1890's home, which was almost completely rebuilt by Thrive Construction. The process started with their Builder's Studio division ( where the planning, engineering and designing took place. We really like and appreciate the design/build process they model. From beginning to end, we were completely involved in the process and kept fully informed. We were fortunate that their construction group, Thrive Construction, was able to take over once the planning was done. The seamless transition maintained our momentum and kept us all together as a team. And, what a great group of people they are to work with! We had a fantastic time as members of the team on this project, and we would do a project like this again with them if we have the chance. And, we covered a lot of territory in this project: house lifting, new engineered foundation, new siding on several exterior walls, insulation, new electrical service, plumbing repiping, all new windows including skylight, all new exterior doors, new roofing, new closet, new mini-split heating and cooling system in two zones upstairs, and new exterior paint. The attention to historic detail was important to us, and masterfully accomplished by these talented craftspeople!
