I visited Ritual in Sebastopol and my stylist was Gail. Honestly, she was great. So far superior to anyone I've found in Sonoma County (and believe me, I've looked). Just a great cut and she is also a very nice person. I'll definitely be back.
Great salon in Santa Rosa! Go see Lindsey, she's awesome. It's easy to make appointments and there's metered parking on the street or around the block in a safe neighborhood with restaurants and a cupcake shop.
Gail Rainbow Salvador is our family stylist. She takes care of both of my sons and myself.The 3 of us have very different hair, but that doesn't phase Gail. One son has thin, straight hair. The other has very thick, wavy hair. And I have curly hair. She handles us all with the ease and expertise of years of experience.For straight hair, she cuts my son's hair to give it more body. She expertly cuts my other son's thick hair in a way that eases the weight and still looks great.
